Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (based on the tracking number).
  • Returned items must be in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, please email us at support@meeandmini.com with your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items returned for reasons such as change of mind or ordering error. Defective or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, with no restocking fee.

 

 


 

 

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

Customer Provided Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you with two options:
  1. Reshipment – We will reship your order once the correct address is confirmed. A reshipping and handling fee will apply.
  2. Refund – If you prefer not to reship, we will issue a refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may also apply.

Package Not Returned (Lost or Destroyed)

  • If the package is not returned to us and is confirmed lost or destroyed by the carrier due to the incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund. As a courtesy, we will provide a store credit equal to 50% of the product price toward a replacement order.

Customer Provided Correct Address

  • If the shipping address provided was correct and the package is returned or misdelivered due to a carrier error, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
  • If you would like to update your address for the reshipment, standard reshipping and handling fees will apply.

 

 


 

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Because many of our products are printed on demand, once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Exceptions: Custom-printed items (such as apparel, mugs, and ornaments) cannot be canceled once an order is placed, unless defective or misprinted.

 

 


 

 

Clearance Items

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging.

 

 


 

 

Warranty & Defects

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will issue a replacement at no cost or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

  • After 60 days from delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

 

 


 

 

International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
